Thanks to the software, Monster will be able to quickly and securely deliver emergency and routine communications to employees in real time.

"As a company, we need to be able to efficiently communicate with our employees on a daily basis, most especially in emergency situations," said Lise Poulos, executive vice president and chief administrative officer, Monster.

Poulos believes that Send Word Now's services will enable the company to better communicate with employees during urgent and time-sensitive situations.

Capable of transmitting hundreds of thousands of voice and text messages in minutes, the Send Word Now messaging platform enables rapid communication to anywhere in the world via any communication device.

The Send Word Now Alert Service also features audit and tracking capabilities via AlertTracer and the company's powerful weather alert service, WeatherBlast. Users can also send messages from the field via Send Word Now's BlackBerry (News - Alert) client application.

"Communicating with employees in a reliable, effective manner has proven time and again to be an invaluable means ensuring successful outcomes during a crisis. Our Fortune 500 clients rely on Send Word Now to help them reach hundreds and even thousands of employees," said Tony Schmitz, president and CEO of Send Word Now.

The company’s easy-to-use, Web-based services are used by government agencies, universities, non-profit organizations and businesses, including many of the Fortune 500, to ensure fast, effective, two-way communication in real-time - anywhere, anytime, regardless of location, device or connection.
