Now, the expanded package features an opt-in transcription service that provides YouMail customers the ability to have human transcribed voicemail or automated transcriptions via SMS or email.

Customers of YouMail’s recent partnerships with IMMIX Wireless, a Pennsylvania wireless carrier, and SmartCall, LLC dba iSmart Mobile, a wireless carrier in Bozeman, Montana will now receive YouMail as their primary voicemail service, enabling them to have more control of their voicemail free of charge with the option to purchase the transcription service directly from each carrier respectively.

 

YouMail has also partnered Crazy Calls, an answering machine message provider that allows users a fun way to customize their mobile voicemail greetings. A fee of $1.99 per greeting applies.
