Zoho applications can be sold as standalone services or bundled with other third-party services from the JSDN. These services are available in the Jamcracker catalogue and include outsourced desktop management, data backup, etc. All services are offered alongside traditional voice and data Telco services to create customized small business solutions.
The JSDN provides a front and back-end services delivery infrastructure, billing and settlement, customer administration and support for services available from the catalogue. This network makes it easy for service providers and resellers to offer Zoho on-demand applications to their customers.
The Zoho applications that are available on the JSDN include: Zoho Projects, which is an easy-to-use, powerful tool designed to manage projects online; Zoho CRM, which provides a complete view of all customer activities, interaction and records to manage and understand customer life-cycles; Zoho Meeting, a Web conference service; and Zoho Business, which is a full suite of office applications for editing and sharing documents and information online.

“With Jamcracker, we can leverage a proven infrastructure to reach a global base of service providers who want to add value to their networks by offering Zoho to their customer base,” added Wenig.
“Zoho offers a powerful and comprehensive suite of online applications that are easy to use and provide all the tools SMEs need to run their business,” stated Steve Crawford, vice president of marketing for Jamcracker.
“We are pleased to offer our service provider and channel partners the ability to resell Zoho applications from the Jamcracker Service Delivery Network as stand alone services or bundled with their traditional telecom and IT offerings,” explained Crawford.
