Zazzle and RockYou Offer Custom GlitterText Products

Zazzle, the popular on-demand retail marketplace that dispatches orders within 24 hours, has joined forces with RockYou, the developer and publisher of web widgets like photo slideshows, GlitterText, voicemail accessories and custom Facebook (News - Alert) applications.

Each a customization expert in its own right, RockYou and Zazzle will provide users the benefits of both offline and online customization. For example, the users of RockYou will be able to add a sparkle to Zazzle merchandize like t-shirts, tote bags and hats with RockYou's GlitterText application.

While RockYou allows users to jazz up text by making it glitter sparkle and swirl, its partnership with Zazzle will allow them be just as creative with Zazzle apparel. After the users have created their GlitterText message, RockYou will give them an option to "Wear your GlitterText with Style". On choosing this option, users will be led to the Zazzle site where they will be able view their design on Zazzle merchandise. It is also possible to further personalize the items using Zazzle’s user-friendly tools before ordering them. Users can also sell their creations using Zazzle and RockYou.

"Zazzle and RockYou are natural partners in that they encourage users to share and express their individuality," said Jim Heckman, chief strategy officer of Zazzle. "As the leading widget application provider, RockYou further extends our commitment to the user generated market and allows users to turn their GlitterText creations online into an infinite number of physical customized products for purchase or sale easily and instantly."

"RockYou is thrilled to be working with Zazzle to offer even more customization options to our users onto thousands of consumer products," said Lance Tokuda, CEO of RockYou. "The announcement of our integration with Zazzle and their great selection of products brings together two leaders in the industry to further establish our capabilities as consumer brands."
