UpSNAP Offers Urban Content Package for Mobile Users


Mobile search is an upcoming field with lots of potential to earn revenues. Many major companies like Google, Yahoo and Microsoft have announced ambitious plans to tap this area. Now, UpSNAP (News - Alert) Inc., a provider of mobile search and streaming mobile audio entertainment, will come up with a new urban content package including the best providers.


 
Mobile audio entertainment is gaining popularity in a big way. UpSNAP offers a varied list of programs for its users with Hip Hop, R&B and dirty south shows. UpSNAP's services are available on nearly all 210 million mobile phones in the United States.
 
Accessing the service is comparatively easy. Subscribers can text message "URBAN" to UpSNAP's shortcode -- 27627 (2SNAP) to access the most popular urban content around the world. While a typical service will cost $1.99 a month, UpSNAP offers a combined package of five stations, i.e., Urban Hitz Radio, 1.FM JAM, Urb Hits Radio, Ridin' South and The Club Radio Urban Ten at $4.99 per month. Of course, there could be added charges from the network operator for carrier minutes and text messaging charges.
 
According to UpSNAP, the company offer its subscribers the opportunity to listen to music on the go.
