T-Mobile Exclusively Offers Motorola's MOTOACTV W450

Motorola has announced that MOTOACTV W450 is available exclusively from Bellevue, Wash based T-Mobile (News - Alert) USA, a company offering mobile communications.
MOTOACTV W450 durable clamshell design features a rubberized external coating and a chin bar at the base of the phone lets users clip it to a belt or pack. The device also features two color schemes, alpine white and black slate, with either canary yellow or mandarin accents.
The W450 allows users to look up symptoms and first aid tips for ailments that develop on the trail, such as poison ivy, through built-in Mayo Clinic In Touch software, according to Motorola (News - Alert) officials.
On this Motorola device, equipped with 1.3 megapixel, T-Mobile customers can capture images and video with 8x digital zoom and also can share the clips through messaging or email.
Also, with Motorola’s CrystalTalk technology and quad-band connectivity, users can be heard clear while relaying their message to their friends/family from almost anywhere in the world.
For hands-free connectivity, the W450 can be paired with a compatible Bluetooth enabled headset. Officials said that users can listen to music through the built-in MP3 player with their headphones plugged into the 2.5 mm headset jack.
Additionally, the W450 supports an optional microSD memory card up to 2 GB, and it also comes with one click access to music as well as pictures and messages.
Plus, users can customize their phone through the dedicated t-zones key, which provides instant access to ringtones, pictures and wallpaper.
“The MOTOACTV W450 is designed to meet the needs of today's mobile consumers, from the great outdoors to the corporate jungle," said Dennis Burke, vice president of sales at Motorola Mobile Devices, in a statement.
“With its sturdy exterior and feature-packed interior, this device will quickly become the phone of choice for people with an active lifestyle,” he added.
MOTOACTV W450 is currently available at select T-Mobile retail stores and online at company’s Web site.
Motorola develops technologies, products and services. Company’s portfolio includes communications infrastructure, enterprise mobility solutions, digital set-tops, cable modems, mobile devices and Bluetooth accessories.
Earlier this month, company announced that that it has signed a multi-year WiMAX (News - Alert) contract with wi-tribe Pakistan limited, the all-new wireless broadband Internet provider to enter the country.
