INX Wins Contract to Service US Army Corps of Engineers

INX (News - Alert) says it has landed an $8.4 million services subcontract for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The subcontract consists of internetworking and storage implementation professional services to be completed over approximately the remainder of the calendar year and an ongoing managed services component based on an initial single contract year with four additional option years.
Mark Hilz, president and chief operating officer of INX in a press release stated, “We are delighted to have this opportunity to assist the Corps of Engineers in upgrading their network capability. We are pleased to now be able to expand this relationship to a nationwide presence after supporting the communications infrastructure of the US Army Corps of Engineers for many years in the Southeast region of the United States. We are also pleased with the fact that we will be providing services within multiple INX practice areas, with this contract leveraging both our network infrastructure and data management practice areas.”
