Evoca Media Services Version 2.0 Now Available

Easy-to-deploy audio content creation and streaming features are now available for media and entertainment companies and interactive marketers in order to increase online traffic with Evoca Media Services Version 2.0.

Evoca, an innovator of Phone-to-Web content creation and hosting services, has announced this new set of online media creation and distribution features designed for rapid implementation of interactive campaigns. Such campaigns can engage consumers, audiences, readers and supporters and convert them from offline to online users.

The Evoca Media Services’ new features include a commercial media platform that is integrated with a Flash player creation and customization tool for generating and managing an unlimited number of Flash players for play-back of digital recordings online.

With innovative self-service phone configuration features, Evoca customers can upload and manage their custom voice prompts and configure the phone numbers that Evoca offers for thousands of U.S. cities and more than 45 countries, both geographic and toll-free.

Evoca’s Media Manager provides the customer with an online console for screening, publishing, archiving, uploading and downloading its digital recordings. The release also includes expanded site help, developer forums and open source projects (Java and PHP) that wrap the HTTP API (application programming interface).

“Evoca recognizes that user-generated content is the leading driver of online advertising, eCommerce, and donation revenue growth,” said Murem Sharpe, CEO and president of Evoca, in a Friday statement.

“And we will continue to launch new self-service features that make it easy for our customers to benefit from this important trend.” Companies and organizations of any size – from large enterprises to small businesses and non-profits - can benefit from Evoca’s market-leading features by selecting license packages that fit their requirements.”

Evoca enables people to create, organize and share audio content with extraordinary ease of use. Any telephone or Skype (News - Alert)™ can be used to provide phone-to-Web recording and online distribution without software download or installation.

The Evoca Media Services commercial platform is designed to be highly scalable and delivered as a SaaS (News - Alert) solution to allow organizations of all sizes to easily integrate Evoca audio Web services into their websites, marketing programs and customer-facing operations.

Scalability and flexibility are essential for those companies seeking to exchange any type of data information. As self-service continues to gain in importance, no matter the size of the organization, the need for applications that help to drive this initiative will continue to grow. Consumers are demanding such functionality and companies have recognized that their success heavily relies on responding to this demand.
