Cavalier Telephone and TV Selects Hatteras Networks Mid-Band Ethernet Solutions

Cavalier Telephone and TV has chosen Hatteras Networks (News - Alert) Mid-Band Ethernet
solutions to underpin its Ethernet Express business service. Cavalier sees this new addition to the Ethernet Express service as a tremendous opportunity to extend its footprint throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern United States.
Brad Evans (News - Alert), chairman of Cavalier said in a statement that Ethernet Express enables them to cost-effectively deliver native Ethernet services at far greater speeds than traditional T1s. . The company is offering the service in hundreds of carrier exchanges across seven states and Washington, D.C. at speeds from 3 to 45 Mbps.
