Fring Powers BlasterPhone Mobile VoIP

Under a recent co-marketing agreement will BlasterPhone, fring will provide BlasterPhone users with a dedicated version of the fring application. This application will be available via BlasterPhone’s Web site, giving the users the capability of easily making SIP
calls on their mobile phones.
The fring client can be downloaded via simple SMS, and the client automatically pre-configures the user’s BlasterPhone SIP credentials.
Users can directly dial over 3G, GPRS, or WiFi (News - Alert), according to their preference by simply choosing a contact from their fring contact list, and selecting BlasterPhone VoIP
. Fring also allows the BlasterPhone users to communicate with all of their Skype (News - Alert), ICQ, Twitter, Google Talk, and Windows Live Messenger (MSN) buddies from one integrated contact list.
“BlasterPhone aims to provide customers with ever growing calling options and the current trend is mVoIP,” said Ben Popov, chief operating officer of BlasterPhone in a statement.
Popov explained that the agreement with fring will allow users to freely communicate with each other across different networks worldwide. He emphasized that the cooperation with fring is just the beginning of their range of new Mobile VoIP Services planned for implementation in the following months.

connections. Offering real mobile independence to all users of mobile phones and smartphones fring mVoIP application allows them to roam freely on wireless networks (GPRS
