Kerry GarrisonKerry Garrison, VP Strategy

Kerry Garrison has been in the IT industry for over 20 years and first got into the new IP PBX platforms in 2004 and eventually was installing systems as a primary function of his IT business. Kerry has written two books on the open-source IP PBX project, trixbox CE and worked at Fonality as the trixbox Community Director and trixbox CE project manager for several years.

In March of 2009, Kerry went to work as the VP of Strategic Initiatives at 888VoipStore where he creates product overviews, tutorials, and articles to help IP PBX resellers to be more successful and profitable.

Gaston Draque Gaston Draque, R+D Director

Gaston Draque is the Director of Research and Development at EUS Networks. He has been working with company's information systems for the last 18 years, and has been working with open source solutions for the last 10. He started by working with databases in both desktop and client-server scenarios in the 90's, then moved to web based applications development and got introduced into Asterisk in 2005 and has been under that spell ever since. Siamak Farah Siamak Farah, CEO

Tim PantonTim Panton, Co-Founder, Technical Lead

Tim Panton has been a software developer for more than 25 years, working on a diverse range of projects, from chemical plant simulation to tourism web sites. Zac WolfeZac Wolfe, CTO

Zac began his professional life as a software developer at Acacia International, an inbound call center located in Eugene, OR. There he developed a number of back-end and customer facing telephony applications that were integral to the success of that company while also acting as the company's primary IT manager. He later created an outbound dialer and CRM system for US Bank that continues to be a critical piece of that company's collection process. Cassius SmithCassius Smith, Senior Project Consultant

Cassius Smith has been with TWR since June 2010 as a second career missionary along with his wife, Valerie. He retired in 2009 after working 32 years as a software developer and project manager in the aerospace industry. His industry background includes development of real time device drivers for spacecraft telemetry and commanding, data base management systems and graphical analysis systems for government customers. He is also experienced in project management of various products, most recently a real time missile communications system. Working remotely from his home in Madison, Alabama, Cassius works with the IT department in TWR's Cary, NC office. Matt RiddellMatt Riddell, Managing Director

Matt Riddell has been writing software since the age of six and working with telephony software since around 1996. He started working with Asterisk in late 2003 and started the Daily Asterisk News in 2004.

Michael MetcalfMichael Metcalf, Chairman and CEO

As chairman and CEO of Voice Assist, Michael Metcalf brings over 26 years experience in the telecom and speech recognition industries.

Mr. Metcalf is a serial entrepreneur, having previously founded and managed a number of successful companies. He was founder, CEO and chairman of SpeechPhone, LLC, a cloud-based unified communications service provider. He also founded and was CEO and chairman of Sound Advantage LLC, provider of on-site speech recognition based messaging platforms and earlier in his career he founded and managed Telwest Inc, an interconnect and systems integrator.

Products conceived and developed by Mr. Metcalf have won over 25 of the top telecom and speech recognition industry awards including four Product of the Year awards. Mr. Metcalf has the unique ability to recognize opportunities and then conceive and develop commercial grade technology to meet the need.

Mr. Metcalf is a visionary leader. His previous board positions include Safe Harbor International, a 501c3 disaster relief and missions outreach to the Sudan, as well as director at Coastland Christian Bible College and University.

A frequent speaker at conferences, Mr. Metcalf most recently spoke during a lunch-time learning series at the Andy Seybold Wireless University at CTIA Wireless 2011.

Jose de Castro Jose de Castro, Chief Architect

Jose de Castro is the Chief Architect at Voxeo Labs where he drives the vision and thought leadership behind Voxeo's next generation communications technologies, including Tropo, Phono, PRISM and Rayo. Prior to joining Voxeo Labs, Jose was Chief Architect at VoiceReady, a graphical design and reporting management tool for building telephony applications, which was acquired by Voxeo in 2006. Jose has held the title Application Architect and Lead Developer at companies including Spherion, NetbyTel and elQ2.

Chris Matthieu Chris Matthieu, Director, Business Development

Chris Matthieu is the Director of Business Development for Voxeo Labs. He has over a decade of speech and telephony experience. Since joining Voxeo through the acquisition of his startup, Teleku, he has been extensively involved in Voxeo's next generation cloud communications platform, Tropo, and is the Product Manager for Voxeo's new browser-based, open source web phone project called Phono.

Jason Park is the founder and President of Warrior Hill, a cloud-based PBX provider and open source consulting practice. Prior to founding Warrior Hill, Jason held leadership positions with leading web hosting companies CommuniTech.Net and Blue Virtual. Jason discovered Asterisk in 2003 ad hasn't stopped playing since. As a leading provider of custom hosted PBX solutions, Warrior Hill provides a scalable and reliable internet telephony platform to meet any client's needs. The expertise that has been gained developing this platform has led to numerous consulting engagements with clients around the world.

Ruth BridgerRuth Bridger, Principal

Ruth Bridger joined Xorcom, a manufacturer of Asterisk-based modular and scalable VoIP to PSTN hardware telephony solutions for commercial installations, as VP Marketing in mid-2008. For four years prior to that, Ruth was Marketing Manager at Surf Communication Solutions, a developer of infrastructure platforms enabling the convergence of Voice + Video + Data across wireline and wireless networks. Beforehand, Ruth served for over six years as Marketing Manager at B.O.S. - Better On-line Solutions, yet another pioneering high tech company in the telecommunications industry. Ruth has an M.A. degree in Communications from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a B.A. degree from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD).

Bradley J. PittBradley J. Pitt, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Pitt currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at 888VoIP. He brings more than 25 years of executive management experience to 888VoIP as well as a track record of success evolving early stage technology companies into world class, highly profitable companies. His leadership has been the catalyst for year over year growth of over 30% while driving business transformation to a pure distribution model.

Prior to 888VoIP, Brad managed the channel sales and business development teams at Fonality where he also supervised the Dell Computers account. Brad has held leadership positions at webMethods, Choice Hotels International, Inter-Tel, Lucent Technologies, Delrina, Borland and Ashton-Tate. He is known throughout the industry as an inspirational leader, mentor and coach, employing solution and strategic selling methodologies with an acute knowledge of vertical domains. He is a critical member of the executive team providing vision into customer trends and market needs. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
